The Health Kit Outreach Program offers a selection of supplies to U.S.-based health professionals who provide volunteer care to
at-risk and vulnerable populations in the U.S. or globally on time-limited missions.
The Program offers seven types of kits:
Applicants must be U.S. licensed health care professionals or charitable organizations working with licensed health care professionals. Eligible trips are time-limited and volunteer-driven and should provide outreach, screenings, or treatment in the US or abroad. All care must be delivered at no cost to patients. Applicants should demonstrate that the target population is underserved and/or unlikely otherwise to access screenings and treatment.
The Health Kit Outreach Program accepts applications throughout the year. Please click here to apply. Please contact us no less than four weeks before you need to have the products in hand (Note: This may be before your mission date). We reserve the right to refuse applications if we deem there is not enough staff time and/or shipping time to complete them. Of course, you may submit a request more than four weeks ahead of your departure.
